It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the International Conference on Sustainable Leadership and Academic Excellence. The Conference is manifestation of the Unit of Teaching and Leadership Unit at the University of Bahrain’s endeavor to surface the best local, regional, and international practices in creating sustainable leadership environments in all institutions and to achieve professional and academic excellence. The Conference will take place on November 9th to November 11th, 2021. The venue will be communicated later, as it will be decided upon following the country’s health measures.

Sustainable Leadership and Academic Excellence Conference aims to provide appropriate environments that stimulate continuous professional development through reflecting on and learning from the various leadership and academic excellence practices in these environments. The outcomes of the Conference are expected to provide a rich knowledge transfer experience to our dear speakers and delegates.

The International Conference on Sustainable Leadership and Academic Excellence will provide a remarkable opportunity for local, regional, and international delegates to engage in professional discussions through connecting and networking with experts in the areas of leadership and continuous professional development of academic excellence and scholarship.

The Conference objectives are centred towards creating a forum to facilitate the exchange of relevant knowledge and expertise and provide implications and recommendations to face the current challenges facing stakeholders engaged in leadership and academic excellence. The main themes of the Conference focus on showcasing the most successful and innovative practices, and the new paradigms and approaches to policy making, and on outlining the concurrent and required leadership and pedagogical skills in Higher Education amidst the digitalization and distance education tools mastery in different environments.
